It needs to make it to Italy before the restrictions are put into place. Do we know why it's so late being released there?

Day before its full release:

 

#HouseOfGucci debuted at #2 in Italy with $238,564 and 27,705 tickets sold.

 

I can't see it beating Spiderman over the holiday season but hopefully numbers are strong regardless!

Nothing can beat Spider-Man but those are amazing preview numbers!!!

 

Remember that even ASIB didn't reach #1 on US Box Office at the time because of the blockbusters. MCU etc. vs. normal movies are two different worlds.

House of Gucci just entered in top 10 highest-grossing R-rated films of the decade in US ($42.7m)

 

But surely, there are hundreds of Twitter users that think the movie is still flopping.

Who cares about them? Anyway, the only problem with this movie is its editing, too slow in the beginning/middle and too fast at the end. Still, all the performances are convincing and Gaga eats the big screen, as usual.

No one left the screening and only one went to toilet even though it ended at midnight.
