I start to think that I’m insane

 

The first Gaga track out and it's Before I Cry. A song that didn't feature in the movie but made it to the soundtrack - so perhaps people were not as familiar with it. The song is about the moments before breaking down, and trying desperately to be saved before that moment. Gaga's vocals and lyrics are needy as she demands that she is loved at this crucial moment. It's a lovely song but perhaps not as outlandishly bold as some of the soundtrack's other moments.
