I started my Alternative Now project about two years ago and even did Alternative Nows for periods when no Nows came out. I wish these were 2CD collections I could buy from Sainsbury's for £5 each or 3 for £10. Also done 45-105 as you might expect. Without further ado, here's Alternative Nows 1-44.
