44 in UK midweeks today the first time it’s not been top 40!

 

I really hope streams are on its side and it pushes back into the top 40 on Friday.

 

 

I'd say it will overtake at least Phil Collins, George Michael, Diana Ross and Another Sky. GM does always way better in midweeks than on Friday chart (last week he went 40 - 52 as week progressed)

With the VMAS coming soon could we see a boost for Chromatica on the albums chart! Does it ever make an impact in the UK or is it more US based?

 

I mean any promo will help even though the albums done well enough on its own merit so far. The new single should also keep the album stable or boost it too :lol:

I am not sure how much of an impact it would have in the UK unless the performance went viral, which is a strong possibility. It really needs promo in the US though, so this is a great start for it!

Hoepfully it goes viral. Bc album sales are quite a low the difference even a few hundred sales makes in the album charts can be like 10 positions or so :lol:

I can't see it being controversial, so the best way for it to go viral is through the memes it could create (which Gaga is always a queen at delivering for :lol:).

It’s not totally impossible that she’d climb 10 places as I imagine sales between 40-50 are so close but yeah maybe this’ll be it’s first week out the top 40.

 

I wish the OCC would do something in regards to album chart streams as it’s still top 20 on Apple Musics streaming chart and is likely getting more streams as an album than Duas debut and Mabels album for example.
