So we’ve climbed 5 places so far! We can get that #40. Watch it end up at #41 though!

I wish the OCC would do something with how they have streaming in the albums chart. She’s way ahead on Apple streaming of so many albums ahead of her officially. The likes of Duas debut, Mabel, Eds Divide, Billie’s EP are definitely not getting more streams as a whole album than what Chromatica is getting.

 

Could’ve been worse though we did climb 4 positions from where it was on Monday and there was a lot of new entries ahead too. We have promo coming soon too! I think it’ll return to the UK Top 40 again at some point.

It is really annoying, but we can't forget how amazingly the album has done up to this point. AND I still think there is life in it yet with future promo and singles. Here's hoping!

They really are so nail bitingly close!!

 

I’m hopeful that this will return to the top 40 we have VMAs next weekend, a new single announcement.

 

I imagine the VMAs could be the start of promo too. I’m definitely thinking we’re gonna get quite a long campaign for this album. The tour is still happening like a year away and she’s teased a few times now that there’s more unheard music to be released as well from this era.

Streaming chart position position was #70! Confusing because it’s consistently top 25 on UK Apple Music. Currently #22.

She needs to release single #3, that’ll increase Chromatica’s streams.

Does Apples Streaming chart show people listening to albums as whole albums for it to always be as high as it is on there. I know how they combine sales for the official chart but I definitely think the OCC need to rethink / change the way they do streaming on the album chart here. It’s just not sitting right with me :lol:

I think it would need some Spotify playlisting to climb on streaming. Maybe the next single helps in that sense? The more songs on playlists, the better album streams.

Right? The album spent the whole week between #14-#16 on AM UK and the streams on Spotify UK are good, how can it be at #70 on the streaming chart? Something's not sitting right. :unsure:
