I wouldn’t call it top tier Rihanna for me :(

 

It’s ok. But that’s about it for me. I think it’s something what would’ve had more mainstream success if it had been released years later it could be a hit in today’s charts for sure but I don’t think I’d ever listen to it if I wasn’t listening to TTT the album as a whole album.

I think it's great, really underrated. Although Jay-Z's rap is one of the worst ever.
