It's probably simply because they know she brings in huge ratings :lol:

I also hope she isn’t getting the Vanguard tbh I hope they don’t give it to anyone this year just because whoever gets it deserves to do their slot the way past winners have with that audience interaction.

 

I wonder what slot Gaga will get. She’s opened it twice hasn’t she? I wonder if she’ll open it again or close it. I’m so excited.

Because there's so much of a buzz around her for this year's event, it would be good if that was it with the performance and the awards and then NEXT year she gets the vanguard and so is called back to do another performance of all of her hits *.*
