March 7, 20214 yr That Bournemouth Watford game was a great watch with Lerma causing a all out brawl in the end with all his diving! There was a view that Lerma was lucky according to the pundits. Link about Darren Moore at Sheffield Wednesday. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56237483
March 8, 20214 yr Well done to Reading left back Omar Richards who is joining Bayern Munich at the end of the season, excellent opportunity for the 23 yo.
March 15, 20214 yr Birmingham are set to sack Karanka. Seems to be rather odd, two managers set to be sacked before confirmation articles. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56104377
March 17, 20214 yr Karanka was always seen as rather defensive minded I seem to recall from his time at Middlesbrough. Confirmation of Lee Bowyer's appointment. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56416978
March 20, 20214 yr Big day for Watford you feel with Brentford & Swansea dropping points. Not a fan of Watford they have no narrative and sack their managers too easy. Would be happy with Norwich and Brentford/Swansea promoted and Barnsley in the playoffs! Edited March 20, 20214 yr by steve201
March 20, 20214 yr It's easy to say they sack too easily but think they've got this one spot on. Munoz getting the best out of players quickly that the previous one couldn't
March 21, 20214 yr Im not having a go at the managers themselves and Munoz is doing a good job. Im having a go at the board and the way they sack managers so quickly. It wouldnt surprise me if they got promoted and they sacked him.
March 21, 20214 yr Preston have parted company with Alex Neil after 1 win in 9 games. Thought the pressure would be on him. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56477270
March 31, 20214 yr Author Rotherham have a very busy schedule ahead of them in April: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/...ixtures/2021-04
March 31, 20214 yr Author I know they did, I do wonder if they'll be able to manage to complete the games, it's gonna be a packed schedule to fit those games in.
March 31, 20214 yr Rotherham are a good enough side and that's a nice enough run of games that they can definitely survive, looking at their next three they could easily be out of the bottom three before they even start to catch up. If that were the case you'd be tempted to make complete changes for one of the games (QPR) in the week they play three times. Unfortunate for them they ended up with one more slot than was possible and that it was against Coventry. Coventry weren't going to agree to it played in the international break missing a key player, and they wouldn't want it played after the season's finished either - I'm not sure if that'd even be allowed but it'd be much easier if the game they had to fit in were against someone like Bristol City or Luton
