Dua Lipa working with rent a rappers "single after single... on one single" is giving me big Gemma Collins "it's like having a job, working 24/7, for two days on the trot" energy.

Let's go, left foot, right foot, levitating

Pop stars, Dua Lipa with DaBaby

I had to lace my shoes

For all the blessings I was chasing

If I ever slip and fall into a better situation

So catch up, go put some cheese on it

Get out and get your bread up

They always leaving you but you run together

Weight of the world on my shoulders, I kept my head up

Now baby stand up, 'cause girl you

:music:

Dababy hhas the second verse all by himself...it works very well actually.

I am expecting this to blow up now in US!!!

Both versions of the song have been serviced to US radio in a single package. The remix featuring DaBaby is the first track and the original, which is labeled as rap-less edit, is the second song at Pop, while the order is reversed at Hot AC. Also, it should be mentioned that 'ass' is bleeped in the DaBaby version, while it's not in the original, being this weird.
zero push on Spotify, not even on NMF
Luckily a nice push on Apple Muisc.
Why is spotify not pushing her songs first hallucinate and now this
I quite like this, I think it's true to the original version but DaBaby's contribution works. It SHOULD be a hit (and I would love that) but who knows.
It's okay, but the addition of DaBaby wasn't necessary.
In terms of the US it could be a smart move . Da Baby is the man of the moment over there at the moment .

But like...he is? It's verrry hard to get support/playlisting for post-album singles these days. It's a smart move to get the song more hype/radio play/Spotify support. The original isn't going anywhere, which Radio 2 and some other stations are playing.
