It's the lack of playlist support that has damaged any chances of a hit. The remixes are exciting, but won't help the album which is a shame. Excited regardless though!

I loved the covers of the remixes, but the remixes?
Watermelon Sugar 1st even though this video looks more like a cheap clothing brand commercial, Life Is Good 2nd even though it's just another boring rap video and WAP 3rd even though this video should only be mentioned on some PornHub list... All this mess above a smart, well planned and well built video like 911? I mean, where the culture went...

An article on the remixes.

"A lot of terrible things have happened in 2020 — including the depressing failure of pop fans to send “911” to the top of the charts. The catchiest song on Lady Gaga’s Chromatica has peaked at number one… on the Bubbling Under chart, despite going viral on TikTok and possessing one of the best videos of Mother Monster’s career. She even got in a little promo at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards. Well, hopefully the arrival of a killer remix package will remind people just how hard the song goes."

It's a damn shame it didn't get the recognition from the GP (and I know it wasn't ever sent to radio, but my point still stands) which it deserves.

Maybe they just think it's not worth it - she hasn't had 3 singles sent to radio in the UK and US since ARTPOP. Clearly it's not a priority for her team.
