Posted November 29, 20204 yr Hello everyone! Long-time Buzzjack user/reader, but been quite a long time since I posted on here. I always enjoy coming back and checking the latest chart chat! 10 years ago, I made a podcast series about the Christmas number one race (and posted it on here in fact!). Suddenly 10 years has passed, and I felt it was time to make a brand new version. So, please enjoy my brand new podcast series Christmas Number One Rewind, which looks back at every single Christmas number one race, playing the winners and remembering what just missed out (plus all the festive releases that charted, good or very, very bad). I knew that if there was going to be any people that would enjoy this, it would be you guys! So far, the 1950s to the 1990s are available - with the 2000s and 2010s coming very soon. Head over here to listen, download and subscribe etc etc: Christmas Number One Rewind Apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this btw, please do move it to the correct place if not.

December 9, 20204 yr Listening to the 2000s here. Didn’t realise the One True Voice song was a Bee Gees album track. Also, why did Popstars the Rivals announce ‘Sounds of the Underground’ as the Christmas number one on the show? Was it confirmed or did they just assume?

December 10, 20204 yr Author I mean how did they announce it on the show, always thought it was released after the show like in future XF years but Acerben explained above Which wasn't technically the official chart, as Neil Fox hosted the Pepsi Chart at the time - but I believe they always had the same number 1/top 10 back then.
