Not ready for you guys to potentially shade The Queen because it is a real favourite of mine. I find it STUNNING and GLISTENING - pure magic :cry:

This is the worst of the anthemic trio of TEOG, Hair and The Queen, although not that bad anyway.

She sings this song DIRECTLY to her fans - it's the closest we've ever had to her singing and talking directly to us. One of her most beautiful messages ever, she is our Queen, she will protect us and love us no matter what.

I always think this song will have huge importance over time. It is sublime and the lyrics as you point out are heavenly.

Ahhh You and I, the song that I love most times but those We Will Rock You imitations irritate me.

You & I is great of course, but for me it's a slightly come down from the euphoria of The Queen and then the track that follows it overshadows it too :kink: But on it's own, it's fab!

The video for this is both great and a mess at the same time :rofl: It has scenes for the original TEOG video doesn't it and then the randomness of it all! A really fun video nonetheless and continues a run of incredible visuals for this era.

I love how crazy this video is.

I have been listening to the live version on 'A Very Gaga Holiday' a lot this past week. One of her best songs done live, her passion is undeniable whenever she sings it :wub:
