I don't see why they wouldn't be combined in this day and age

^ you compile the discographies for the hart show, so you know that the OCC's policy has always been to treat re-releases in a new label as a new entry

cos they have a new register and everything, from memory I'd say not that long ago it happened with some Bowie songs that were re-issued in a different label

and counted as a new entry instead of adding up to the old single
