December 11, 20204 yr So - Mariah's Christmas Song finally reaches No.1 in the UK Singles Chart. It is its 104th Week inside the Top 100. 2 Years, in other words. Its 88th Top 75 Week. Its 70th Top 40 Week. Its 48th Week in the Top 20. Its 26th Top 10 Week and its 17th Top 5 Week. Incredibly, it is the only 1, of her 19 USA No.1 Singles, to also be a UK No.1. It - finally - reached No.1 in the USA, in December 2019. Her previous 2 UK No.1 Singles were not No.1's in the USA. Her 1994 UK No.1 - 'Without You' - was a Cover of a 1972 Nilsson No.1, which was a Cover of a 1970 Badfinger Album Track. Mariah's version was a USA No.3 Hit. Her UK No.1, in 2000, with Westlife, was a Cover of a 1984 Phil Collins No.2 Hit - 'Against All Odds'. The Mariah & Westlife Cover, was not even given a USA Release... Peter Kay did not sing a note, on the actual Record… %%% = The 2003 version of Elton John’s ‘Are You Ready For Love’ is a Remix.
