I agree they DO a good job and i'm not disputing that, so I didn't think it needed to be said. My point was that even though the majority rules on some topics they still ignore us and do whatever they want, which is usually something completely contradictory to what the collective has wanted. -_-

Yes but just because 1 or 2 Mods don't say anything doesn't make it our fault, if they wanted their opinions listened to they should speak more. He said "not everyone always agrees" and I know exactly what he meant, he meant about Tyler not agreeing about that vacant Mod position, remember?

Well to be honest, I think you, david & paul work to hard anyway :lol: And cleaning up the lounge probaly is a horrible thing, especialy when you have to clean up the same thing over and over again by the same person

Don't get me wrong i'm not moaning I LOVE moderating the Lounge, but a constant pest like that becomes annoying, and it gets to the point where I don't enjoy it anymore because people who CAN do something about it and make our jobs easier, DON'T.

But that is NOT our fault, I have tried and tried to involve the quieter ones more, I am currently getting to know Rooney by sending him essay PM's every night and he's LOVELY. But it still isn't our fault that they don't post, if they wanted to make their opinion known then they should say so, it's not our fault.
