well im not fully fully there,i tend to smoke the occasional hamletwhen having a pint a si know if i buy fags i will smoke them all,i had only 2 smokes since last thursday

yeah i know but for me it's either i stop or smoke.... can't cut down on fags as i just end up getting stressed and later on i end up smoking more by compensating for the lack of nicotine intake :(.

 

 

 

ya i know what u mean im usually like that,this is my thord attempt and my longest i havnt smoked a cigarette in 4 months now,in that space at most i have smoked 10 cigars
