Gaga performs on American Idol finale

 

On this day 10 years ago, Gaga performed on the final of American Idol season 10. She performed 'The Edge of Glory'.

 

 

 

I completely forgot this performance existed but it's GREAT! The outfit is SO REGAL AND DIVINE as is the entire colour palette of the performance *.* what a song.

I think I have forgotten half of the promo performances of this era :lol: She did all the possible shows and events (and there were way more of them than now)

It was such a global rollout for the album. Performing on shows across the globe and travelling the world promoting the music and most importantly the message! It's rare to see such a full-scale promotional campaign for an album like this :clap:

The promotion was massive but the era only lasted 8 months, basically. The 21, Loud and Teenage Dream eras were promoted for a longer time, for example.

Gaga performs on Good Morning America

 

Gaga took to the Good Morning America stage 10 years ago as part of their Summer concert series. She was interviewd and she performered: 'Bad Romance', 'The Edge of Glory', 'Judas', 'Born This Way' and 'Hair'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is such a fun set of performances for her! Love the 'Hair' one in particular :heart:

Gaga attends 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

 

On this day 10 years ago, Gaga attended the CFDA Fashion Awards. She walked the red carpet and was joined by her sister, Natali. She received the Fashion Icon Award.

Oprah Radio with Gayle King

 

On June 7th, 10 years ago, Oprah Radio hosted a special one hour event with host Gayle King and a small intimate studio audience of listeners. During the interview, fans were able to call-in and ask questions to Gaga.

 

 

 

 

6th Germany's Next Top Model

 

Gaga performed on the finale of the Germany's Next Top Model. The show was broadcast live and Gaga performed Scehiße, Born This Way (Acoustic) and The Edge of Glory.

The crowd when Scheiße started omg! The vocals on the Born This Way acoustic version are heavenly. Why isn't there a studio for her acoustic versions :snif: Also The Edge of Glory went OFF!!

Gaga performs at Euro Pride 2011

 

Gaga performed at Circo Massimo in Rome, Italy fo Europride 2011, the 18th annual event. She performed Born This Way and The Edge of Glory.

I've never seen this performance before I don't think :thinking: (or I probably saw it 10 years ago but not since then). She really went worldwide for this rollout :cool:
