Oddly What Will the Neighbours Say is partially back, but Hear Me Out isn’t one of the tracks... ugh. 3 more hours to go, I hope it’s sorted out by then.

This is unbelievable, it's got to be deliberate.

Annoyingly loads of artists have had music go missing, there’s some major glitch. Hear Me Out, at least, seems to be back up for me now.
