From the Top Gun: Maverick soundtrack.

The devil works hard but Little Monsters work harder! As promised - Lady Gaga was allegedly planning to debut a song on Coachella last year which was going to be used to promote the film Top Gun: Maverick. The film is now scheduled to be released on July 8, 2021 and we are not sure if the song is part of the movie or was planned to be used on a trailer. Although a trailer has been released without the song, it is common to do additional trailers closer to the film release date. Unfortunately we can't share any more details, but it is a three word title!

The first Top Gun soundtrack was filled with hits, and its main song 'Take My Breath Away' went #1 and won the 'Best Original Song' Oscar, so it would make sense for them to get a heavy hitter like Gaga on board. Fingers crossed the plans are still there and we thank you so much for your support.#ladygaga #chromatica

"Confirmed" by Showbiz411 :o

Lady Gaga may be up for an Oscar again next February.

I’m told that Gaga, who won an Oscar for the song “Shallow” from “A Star is Born,” wrote and performed the title song for Tom Cruise’s “Top Gun Maverick” movie.

The hotly anticipated sequel to the original “Top Gun” will finally be released this fall by Paramount. It was supposed to come in June, and before that last year. But the pandemic put a crimp in everyone’s plans.

Cruise was spotted at a Lady Gaga show in December 2019 wearing a nice suit and tie and standing out like a sore thumb. Video came up on Instagram looking mesmerized by the sensational performer. He may leave his cult and join hers!

Choosing a “Maverick” song is a big deal. The theme song for “Top Gun” was Berlin’s “Take My Breath Away.” It became an international hit and a classic that still plays over and over like it or not.

What else for Lady Gaga? Probably a mid summer release for her second duets album with Tony Bennett. He celebrates his 95th birthday on August 3rd. The album of Cole Porter collaborations should hit around then.

PS That would make three possible Best Song nominees already including Billie Eilish’s “No Time to Die” and Reba McIntire’s “Somehow You Do” — written by Diane Warren, of course.

It's so frustrating that everything related to movies and concerts is f***ed up by Covid... That Billie Eilish track came out over a year ago and the movie haven't premiered even today yet.

It may save her career again like Shallow did?! She RUINED Chromatica by being Lazy GaGa and by not releasing Alice, so hopefully this will save her and stop her from becoming the next Fuetado or Perry!!!

Also, great choice of singer, given that Lady GaGa has been a huge proponent of gay rights for a decade now. It makes sense that she is singing the love song for Maverick and the other flying pilot man.

I’m here for this! I think ballad/soundtrack Gaga is popular enough with the GP and the song could become quite the smash.

At the least though any new original music what she releases is a bonus to me
