After their last album "Technology" that led them to a metal edge, and propelled them to arena status - Don Broco back with news on their new album tomorrow morning!

 

Lead single "Manchester Super Reds No. 1 Fan" is out now, what a banger!

 

I wasn't blown away by the other singles from this album so far (I only really listened to them out of passing curiosity as I sort of liked that one song from them that scraped the top 40 years ago) but their latest release 'One True Prince' is actually kind of fantastic??

 

 

Seeing a lot of comparisons to Deftones which I can definitely see from (the admittedly fairly little of) what I have heard from them, also kind of a similar vibe to the recent singles from Deafheaven that I've been loving as well.

'One True Prince' did take a couple of weeks to grow on me, but I am certainly loving it now! As well as their most recent release 'Uber', the 80s synths really lift it to another level.

 

 

Though unfortunately the album has been pushed back to October 22nd!

Looking good for #1! :cheer: like the title suggests, it was an ‘amazing’ album when I heard it back in October - I ought to give it another listen.
