early signs point to returnees representing The Challenge and possibly TAR, which are big CBS entities. Rumors include CT representing The Challenge and current champion Derek Xiao representing Amazing Race?

 

Oddly enough, I heard a rumour about Aneesa (The Challenge) about 2-3 weeks before the season even started. However, I’d prefer for them to stick to Big Brother legends. No need to start engaging with The Challenge/TAR.

If you think about who BB could bring into the house considering the multiverse concept (if at all), alumni from The Challenge USA & The Amazing Race (and I guess Love Island if we're talking big CBS reality show properties) would make the most sense considering they already have someone representing Survivor (Cirie). It doesn't surprise me that rumors on who could enter the house next would come from those shows.

 

That's only if production decides to do it. I wouldn't be surprised if they jump ship after the Luke fiasco, but they're not one to shy away from a concept before. Even last year's twists stuck with the season's festival concept despite someone leaving.

Production needs to do better accommodating Matt concerning his disability. Give him a teleprompter, some cue cards, an interpreter, ANYTHING! Hearing aids can only do so much!

I’m never listening to BB TWITTER they’ve been wrong this entire season lol.

Obviously twists to come but was there a reason for the feeds being down, sans Luke’s exit?

Also cemented my picks, I went with Cirie, Hasim, Matt and Mecole. My other friend has the other side of the house (Jag, Blue) so this will be interesting.

I wanted a new houseguest but I don’t think it’s fair to do that after we’ve had an eviction. With Luke being expelled, I feel like it would have been an optimum time to have a “reset, it felt odd and unfair to have the nominations decided based on a day 1 competition? When there’s already numerous multiverse twists, idk I just think that it wasn’t needed. This season is cast impeccably so I hope it’s not derailed by too many twists, because this mix of characters and a split house could very easily make for an excellent season.

Heading into Week 2, A few thoughts.

 

Top Picks Of The Moment:

01: Cirie - She is being set up very well, much like Paul when he returned. Everyone seems pretty intimidated and have kept Cirie's name out of their mouths, but she is a huge threat. I think she will make it to at least Jury.. but at this point I wouldn't have a problem seeing Cirie in the Top 3. The biggest risk for Cirie at this point is Izzy exposing her, but it seems Cirie has a good finger on the pulse here and I think she will take Izzy out pre-jury.

02: Mecole - I mean, really only three episodes deep so far, we haven't seen much of Mecole on the show and I haven't picked up a lot from her from the Live Feeds either. Not that this is a bad thing, she's laying low for now. I think the potential is here for her to do well, she hasn't put a step wrong (yet) like a few of the others have.

03: Matt - He needs more accommodations yes. I can't believe we have our first Deaf contestant and they've fumbled this as much as they have. Did they not watch The Circle last season? He's another one where I haven't seen a massive amount of gameplay, but he seems very likeable and one to potentially win challenges.

04: Hisam - Starting to take a bit of a slide for me. There is a lot of dialog around whether or not he heard what Luke said, he reaction after ect. It's disappointing and I have the same feelings about how the All-White Alliance last year was positioned and Michael holding onto this information. Ultimately, I just want a strong Gay Male to root for. Last year it was Michael (with some disappointment) and this season it's Hasim (with some disappointment). He seems like he will be a comp beast, but he already has a massive target on his back. It's not looking great for Hasim - but I'm still throwing support behind him.

05: Felicia - MICROPHONE DESTRYOYING 'TODAY?!?!' QUEEN. I mean, she's getting a better edit and showcase than a few of the others - but I'm impressed with her ability to really just jump into everything, form the right numbers - but also laugh in the houseguests faces when they are being silly (Izzy lol)

06: Izzy - Hot Mess Express lol. She's so very transparent, over the top, chaotic. Pretty much everything she is doing now is the OPPOSITE of what she should be doing (sans the Alliances she's made). I don't think Izzy has a shot in hell in winning and she poses a big risk of taking down a big player. I just hope she smartens up, or goes quietly before Jury.

 

Mid Tier:

07: America - She is another I wish we were seeing more of. Honestly, there have been so many seasons where the dominating players week one don't even make it to the end and someone else emerges as a power player. I hope it's America - I see something here, but I want to see more.

08: Jag - Eek. A bit of a drop for Jag. We didn't see much of him this week outside of forming his alliances. He is on the side of the house I am not rooting for as well lol. I hope he can diversify his game a bit more to stick around.

09: Blue - Another slight slip here for Blue, again she is on the side of the house I'm not really rooting for and I haven't seen too much here to throw any more support behind. Much like Jag, she needs to get out of the group she is in and form other lasting relationships to stick around.

10: Jared - He handled himself so well with Luke. My heart broke for him a little bit. I like him, he's not emerging into much at this point however. He's in a good position - but.. a bit boring perhaps?

11: Red - I'm starting to see some potential here. Has he formed the right relationships... maybe? I haven't seen his name come up too much, and he is a good number for a few groups to snatch up. I think he could make it to Jury if he plays his cards right.

12: Reilly - I don't know how she ended up with so much blood on her hands by nominating absolutely nobody last week. Probably one of the worst HOHs I've seen. I think she's a big target and will be out soon.

13: Cory- Just kinda seems to be.. there.

14: Bowie - I'm still not feeling her. A bit of fodder - but she's a good buffer for the Alliance and the people I do like. She will be an easy number for them to offload.

01 Cirie

MOTHER, she should be a huge target but I think she’s smart enough that she’ll cut anyone who might be onto her about 4 steps behind then actually doing anything about her. I really miss cutthroat BB and I know she’s gonna bring it.

 

02 Felicia

She is GOLD, so entertaining, we love to see two older black women making the season. I can see her being a Victoria BB16 type goat who makes it near the end, if not the actual end.

 

03 America

I want more from her but I get such a good feeling that she’s playing the long game. It’s smart to be under the radar for now, she can set herself up socially which I feel like she is doing so far, until big targets have gone and she can rise to be a powerful player.

 

04 Izzy

Horrific player, great TV, I hope whatever her downfall is ends up being a huge implosion because she is just so chaotic which is amazing to watch for now.

 

05 Matt

He’s sweet, also feel bad for them not making any adaptations or anything. Classic CBS, one step forward with casting and then five steps back in terms of them not actually making it a comfortable or accessible environment for him, but he seems to be doing well anyway, definitely keeping an eye on his game!

 

06 Mecole

Good vibes from her, just need to see more, I think she will do well.

 

07 Blue

I like her as a character, but girlie needs to do something! I feel like she’s just found her besties, forgotten about the fact it’s a game and is just chilling.

 

08 Cory

Middle of the pack for me, kind of a meme, inoffensive.

 

09 Jag

Kind of just there, could go either way, initially I thought he could be a contender to win but he’s feeling like a prejury phase boot atm.

 

10 Hisam

He is SCREAMING Michael from BB24, however being much more volatile I don’t think he will even stick around that long unless he calms it and maybe focuses on his social game over competitions. If he carries on the way he has been, and wins more competitions, he is really on a timer.

 

11 Jared

I want more from him, seems a nice guy but is being carried by his mother. I guess atm he doesn’t have to do much, so he really isn’t standing out.

 

12 Bowie Jane

She’s just kind of pointless, not entertaining and just there, but not horrible or anything.

 

13 Red

Meh, kind of annoying, and there’s not much there, but he’s doing ok so I think he’ll be in for a bit.

 

14 Reilly

I would feel bad for her being so screwed when she didn’t even nominate anyone, but it takes a special kind of awful at BB to end up as such a target without even nominating anyone :lol:
