Judging by the wording I am not looking forward to this at all..I long for just Robbie in his video's now, like Angels, No Regrets, Sexed Up and Come Undone..

Why has he got to dress up for goodness sake and do role play.

I think he's bored with just looking pretty and wants to 'extend the boundaries' as artistic types say.

Unfortunately, I ,like you Susie, would rather just see Robbie being Robbie ( and yes, looking pretty ;) ).

And a Beard? Please God No.....

For those without IS access -

It will be premiered on TV on Wed 3rd May, Channel4, 11.05pm

I really dont know what to think on this one, I would love to see Robbie go back to clips like No Regrets and Come Undone and Sexed Up...but I guess one saving grace is that Vaughn Arnell is behind it.

I dont want Robbie to be perceived as doing too many character clips though, and in the process come across as being 'silly'...one mention of the 'beard' word has got me cringing slightly.

guess we will have to wait and see.

I though Sexed up was one of his worst videos to be honest. I love when he dresses up in videos (not Advertsing space though) cause it is always entertaining and funny. I appriciate that Robbie always makes great enertaining video's for our enjoyment.

Robbie Williams Is A Sinner

by Daniel Zugna

April 24 2006

After much public debate concerning the prospect of his eternal damnation, notorious love-rat  Robbie Williams has all but confirmed his position on St Peter's red list with the release of his new single, Sin Sin Sin.

The single is the third to be taken from Williams' Intensive Care album. The video for Sin Sin Sin - shot in Cape Town, South Africa - is a typically sacrilegious Williams effort, featuring the bearded singer acting as a guru in a commune full of pregnant women.

Williams' world tour is already underway, having kicked off in Durban on 10 April. It is expected that a number of outdoor Australian dates will be announced in around four weeks time. :)

At last they will announce something, I know quite a few people who will be jumping up and down, down under with this news, and I would love to be there myself.

Yes I am one of them Susie.

I don't mind him dressing up...just as long as he looks good whatever he dresses up in, or the role he is playing isn't a bit silly. Like I love Come Undone, Feel, Eternity, Road To Mandalay, and Supreme because even though he is playing a role...its still Robbie.

In the pics we have seen so far there has not been a beard, so I am hoping he won't have it for too much of the video :puke2:

It suckes...we have to wait one more week. :(

ROBBIE WILLIAMS : 24 APR 2006

Sin Sin Sin, the third single to be taken from Robbie Williams hit album ‘Intensive Care’ is released on Saturday 27th May 2006. It was one of the first tracks Robbie wrote with songwriting partner Stephen Duffy. Stephen Duffy said, "As soon as we'd completed this track, I thought we might just have a future together."

The video for Sin Sin Sin was shot over 3 days in Cape Town, South Africa by Vaughan Arnell, who has directed many of Robbie’s previous videos – Angels, Rock DJ, Radio, Let Me Entertain You and Millennium. The video sees Robbie adorning a full beard and beads, as a guru ‘figurehead’ of a commune full of pregnant women.

Robbie’s World Tour kicked off in Durban, South Africa on 10th April and the tour continues with Robbie visiting 14 different countries, on 44 different dates and seeing him play to over 2.6 million fans worldwide.

In May, Robbie is set to take part in Soccer Aid – a celebrity football match in aid of UNICEF, the children’s charity he has been an ambassador for since 2000. Robbie will captain one team and Gordon Ramsay the other. The big match will be played at Old Trafford and will be televised by ITV.

The big whisper is that Robbie will be returning for an Australian tour in late 2006 – watch this Advertising Space!

This is quite unusual for us Scotty, usually Australia has releases the same as the UK, in fact when Intensive Care came out it was in the shops two days before the official UK release date...so waiting another week for Sin Sin Sin has got me thinking..........

Upcoming tour news for Australia is expected to be announced in four weeks time....and what else comes out in four weeks time? Sin Sin Sin...and what better way to announce a tour then to have it accompanied by a new single. I guess EMI have decided to make us wait one more week so it coincides with the tour announcment.
