September 5, 20213 yr The only reason it charted so highly in the first week was because they accidentally combined its streams with a different song from the Pop Smoke album lmao (it wouldn't have even gone top 40 with its own streams hence the huge drop in the second week when the mistake was fixed) It got Dua an ill-gained hit and probably denied a top 40 hit to Chris Brown though so I see that as an absolute win. x This song is a bit of a mess as was the entire concept of this Pop Smoke album - the chorus is... not great (Pop Smoke was never a good singer lol), I quite like the sound of his verse but it sounds mismatched to the instrumental and was pretty clearly copy and pasted from a completely different song, then Dua's part just sounds like another completely different song (it makes for a decent Dua Lipa song). Overall it's not terrible or anything but it just sounds like a Frankenstein song that should never have existed.
