Atomic Kitten to reform in 2007

Atomic Kitten have decided to stage a reunion, according to a report today.

The girlband discussed the surprise move after performing together again for a charity gig in Liverpool last week. The trio are now planning a special New Year's Eve gig before recording new material in 2007.

A source close to the singers told The People: "They've remained friends over the past few years. They all wanted the chance to do their own thing but now feel the time is right to reform."

Are you pleased over this news or not?

Oh dear, history is now condemned to repeat itself

Listen all you boy and girl groups wanting reform - your target market has grown up. The only ones who stand a chance of success are those who were absolutely adored by the nation and who want a bit of nostalgia. Example: Take That. Not many other bands will achieve the same level of success, the only one I can think of off the top of my head would be the Spice Girls, so STOP IT <_<

Unless you have a fab album. In that case you're alright. But you're still doomed. *cough*All Saints*cough*

I may have grown up but I still love my pop as I did back then so I ain't gonna complain :kink:
:cheer: so much for Liz McClarnons debut solo album

I doubt this is true.

Last night Natasha was 'playing' at our snow ball at Uni and she said she cant wait to release her first duet single which she then sung [it wasn't great...].

She was a bit disappointed that everyone chanted WHOLE AGAIN numerous times too but thne she sung it as did everyone else.

Bless.

Well Atomic Kitten never said their split was permanent in the first place, so it's not exactly a surprise. The official line was 'we're taking a break'.

Natasha was the only one who stood a chance and was ironically, the only one to never release a single! And i thought Liz was doing alright?

I'm not really surprised about this though, if they come up with hits like 'If You Come To Me', 'Be With You' and 'Whole Again' i'm sure they'll be fine. I have a feeling they will go down the same road as Sugababes and Girls Aloud in terms of sound and styling.

true  and I'm still waiting for the Spice Ladies to return from their 'break'

And i thought Liz was doing alright?

Liz' single went Top5, but then dropped quite sharply and didn't sell very much. :(

Oh, i really wanted a solo Liz album :(. I hope it is just Liz and Tash, Jenny Frost is just a slag who can't sing!

They haven't even been away that long?

I'll await to see what they come up with. Grami is gonna pee when he sees this!

You know me too well Aylo Skaylo

Long live my Ratas may they come back and flop terrobly like Cwaydull did last year but they will forever be in my heart for being one of the most amazing girlbands ever.

I hope this isnt another stupid rumour though.

Cradle baby.

The #10 comeback - Feb 2005. :smoke:

It won't be seen as a 'comeback' their last single was only last year! they've just had a break, and never really spilt!

Good luck to them i say, and I look forward to hearing their new matirial!
