I've listened to this two or three time this week now, thanks to this thread.

 

It's actually not horrible. Yes it's obviously missing that 'Steps punch' that one would expect on an album or Christmas album but there are some very decent songs on here.

 

I really like It May Be Winter Outside, One Less Bell To Answer and Light Up The World.

 

Faye and Claire sound great on it too, I do enjoy the laidback/chilled vibe of it.

I agree, it's not a terrible album by any means but it does lack the punch of what usually makes a great Steps album, its missing the Steps punch that really should have been nailed on a Christmas album.
