It looks like Dua is back in London judging by Instagram so hopefully some promo soon. Won't get my hopes up since it is being promoted by Elton's label

With no promotion it has gone Number 2 and sales increasing week by week.

If Cold Heart recieves promo it would keep the track selling in high numbers at the right time before all the Christmas songs arrive.
