Fantastic news! ‘Care For’ didn’t seem to get much of a push (did Radio 1 playlist it?) so I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the actual lead single for the new album.

Yes it was C List for 5 weeks. Radio 2 also had it on their B List.

Ah never mind then! Still though I wouldn’t be surprise if it’s not on the album with how long it’s been since it released!

I'd be happy if they glossed over 'Care For', it's my least favourite Blossoms single to date. They've released some absolute bangers though, looking forward to hearing the new one.

Fourth album 'Ribbon Around The Bomb' is out on April 29th, the title track is out now! I do love the album cover, though it's a shame it's not continuing in the same visual style as their first 3! (I love their new logo too)

Tracklisting:

1. The Writer's Theme

2. Ode To NYC

3. Ribbon Around The Bomb

4. The Sulking Poet

5. Born Wild

6. The Writer

7. Everything About You

8. Care For

9. Cinerama Holy Days

10. Edith Machinist

11. Visions

12. The Last Chapter

The Deluxe version also includes a 'Live At Sefton Park' album from their show last year, and 'Piano Versions' of the entire album.

Can see us only getting two songs before album release which is good!

Well ‘Care For’ is on there, so I’d expect at least one more before the album bringing us up to 3!

'Ribbon Around The Bomb' is a definite improvement on 'Care For' which I didn't really... care for. I'm still a bit underwhelmed compared to their previous eras though

I’m currently enjoying it on my playlist but it’s nothing compared to the songs from the last album yet!
