I’m glad to have you here for the weekly Top 40 Countdown by awardinary. :D To begin with, let me start by thanking the following 5 people who took the time both to view and comment on my personal chart last week: uhsting, Sergej, Cow Cow, JSG and dan:G. Responses to your comments are in the below post. ^_^ For an impressive fifth successive week, OUT OUT is still top of the chart! It is even more of a feat because there are a huge 8 new entries entering the Top 40 this week! :o It has been decided that Elton John & Dua Lipa, who climb to #2 this week, are the Track of the Week this week after having been swapped out a few weeks back. The highest new entry this week comes from THAT KIND courtesy of a remix by Jess Bays. There are also new dance entries from Ofenbach & Ella Henderson, Nicky Romero x W&W, Voost & ManyFew, Vengaboys, York & Au/Ra, Anabel Englund and Shapov & AVIAN GRAYS. Climbing the highest this week is Navos who moves up 9 places after a few weeks of falling. Also climbing are Becky Hill, KC Lights, Majestic & Nightcrawlers and Fred again… Early In The Morning becomes the first song ever to claim the Biggest Faller accolade for two consecutive weeks. Galantis, David Guetta & Little Mix continue to be the longest running entry lasting almost 20 weeks in the chart. With so many new entries, it was a big week of clearouts, and sadly that’s meant the end of the road for PS1, Purple Disco Machine, MENTIS, Dragonette, Ava Max, Sophie Ellis-Bextor & The Feeling, ATB and INNA. Sadly, it wasn't my cup of coffee :lol: Not a huge fan of Ofenbach, but Hurricane was quite surprising and so much better than I expected :o Great to see Nicky Romero and W&W here, although the song wasn't as great as their first collaboration. Father and daughter collaboration is here too! :cheer: Won't be on my top 40 this week, but let's see for the next weeks.

Maybe because Cold Heart is doing so well? I don't think that'll help it though. My Heart Goes reaching your top 5 :wub: where it belongs for sure! It's great to see it doing so well! Oooo Remember rebounding slightly :cheer: I'm not anywhere near fed up of this yet :lol: great stuff. Hurricane shamefully is quite naff imo. It's very very very generic. Much more so than Risk It All. This fast falling for Heartbreak Anthem has to stop! Immediately! 1999 (Take Me Back) is great. I don't think I've ever heard the Charli original though. September 30, 20213 yr great to see Out Out having a lengthy stay at #1 although I wouldn't mind Cold Heart overtaking, that song is great too. Hurricane is my fave of your new entries this week, it's better than Ella's last couple of singles for me. Golden Hour is also fairly decent, interesting for them to collab as father & daughter. shame you couldn't qualify for BJSC but I'm not sure I could've given you (m)any points anyhow, it's a fairly strong contest.
