January 3, 20223 yr Author Beautful video, Drag Race fans are so entitled, there were people who didn't even watch saying it should be cancelled because they saw Farida's track record and were outraged Elecktra won with no wins... It's the same for other franchises, but that's another story, people want other cultures and their drag scenes to assimilate to what they know or want. I mean I have complained about the quality too, but it pales when you see why it's important they made this series. I expect there's so many queer people in Italy with absolutely no representation and this is a small but important start for them. For these queens who probably struggle more than in a lot of countries to even be allowed to showcase their drag on TV must be amazing. Sure, it really wasn't my favourite series by any stretch, but consider it this way - do people who like Britain's Got Talent or Masked Singer watch EVERY edition worldwide? :lol: This is so important for Italy in a unique way, even for a small cheap production on a digital channel, it doesn't have to be for us to the standard we expect.
