Kicking start the rate results and milking the cow is 'Gentleman', following the release of 'What About Us', 'Gentleman' was being teased as a huge follow up and to quote motor mouth Una, " a sister to all fired up", this song killed of The Saturdays' A-List run on BBC Radio 1 and started the end of their career, it peaked at #10 on iTunes for about 25 minutes before being overtaking by Gabz, we will not raise a lighter, it peaked at #14 with 34,000 and in typical Saturdays fashion, any other week that would have been enough to go top 10.

As previously stated in typical Saturdays' fashion on most weeks this would have debuted at #1 as on both weeks it was #2 it had huge sales. Flo Rida stopping The Saturdays part one. I'm dissapointed to see Just Can't Get Enough so low as I think it's a fun, energetic song that goes off especially live.

25. What Are You Waiting For?

Average Rating: 6.22

Highest Scores: 10 (Qween)

Lowest Scores: -1 (Harry)

This. Is. Not. Deserved. Finishing at #25 is The Saturdays' finest single which was snubbed by radios. WAYWF peaked at a dissapointing #38 in the official charts, becoming their lowest selling single and not even managing to go top 10 on iTunes. The song itself is a tune especially in the summer, it deserved top 20 for the euphoric what are you waiting for x100 when Una hair flips :cheeseblock:

They must seriously regret 'Gentleman' to this day, I still believe it was the final nail in the coffin for them. How did they manage to get it so spectacularly wrong after they reached those dizzying heights with 'What About Us'?!

Disco Love actually did very well considering it was the follow up, it's sales were incredibly impressive but it never got A-Listed and peaked low top 40 on radio, It would have went top 3 any other week but they were beating by new Miley, Connor and Eminem, infact had it been the follow up, I think it would have been a bigger radio hit and probably debuted top 2.

I don't think it was quite enough to save them though, it didn't stop the album bombing which in turn killed their radio support. Having said that, I'm not convinced they're an act who would have survived into the streaming era anyway.

I think 'Disco Love' didn't exist in the summer of 2013 to be fair, they should have followed up with 'Not Giving Up'!

Honestly think 'Gentleman' is over-hated on here, it's nowhere near their least enjoyable song for me. Objectively can see why it is a bit naff but it's fun. x

'Up' to win again x

I remember being so underwhelmed when I first heard Gentleman.

Would’ve liked Just Can’t Get Enough higher but not surprised it finished where it did.

i think the massive wait from disco love to not giving up was a massive mistake too, it was around 6 months!! Disco Love certainly overachieved considering it’s support from radio.

The issue with Gentleman is they just managed to generate a bit of a name for themselves with What About Us, charting in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Germany etc, Gentleman still opened with 1m views then after that nobody really wanted to listen or watch it again.

I know Disco Love was one of the last songs ready for Living For The Weekend but it would have been so interesting to see how Not Giving Up performed as single two? I think top 5 and around 250,000 sales.

I don't recall What About Us or any The Saturdays song charting in Australia. Did I completely miss it?

24. Mollie King - Back To You

Average Rating 6.75

Highest Rating: LovaticUk, Electroboy, Ready4It

Lowest Rating: Zarate 0

Finishing at #24 is the top 40 iTunes smash of 2021 'Back To You'. The way it has more of a budget than most Saturday videos though :cheeseblock: I guess it's still quite an achievement this went top 100 despite no airplay support, no playlist support and peaking at #12 on iTunes on release. I wish this got a bit of promotion when being released because it's a nice enough song and it most certainly deserved at least one week top 40. It truly is a bop.

It's a shame Mollie never released a follow up to 'Back To You', I'm just going to let my hair down while I say we DESERVED a Mollie album.
