Posted December 29, 20213 yr It's been another busy, busy year for Lady Gaga! With movie premieres, huge performances, a multitude of new (and old re-)releases, she has barely stopped to breathe! This thread will look back at some of her biggest and best moments of the past 12 months. Let's get ready to reminisce another unforgettable Gaga year
December 29, 20213 yr Yess looking forward to this! Such a great year for her even in the middle of pandemic.
December 29, 20213 yr Author I mean the fact we had THREE albums (of sorts) is testament to how busy it's been! :drama:
December 29, 20213 yr We actually only had one with songs from 100 years ago... It's not like a reissue without any new Gaga vocals on it and a remix album with underground artists was a big deal.
December 30, 20213 yr And tbf LFS was recorded a couple of years ago, but she still created several live performances attached to it and in Tony's terms.
December 31, 20213 yr Author JANUARY - Gaga performs for Joe Biden's inauguration View this post on Instagram Lady Gaga kicked off her year with a stunning performance of the National Anthem at the inauguration of Joe Biden. “That has to be one of the proudest days of my whole life,” she said. “Ushering 45 out and 46 in is something I’ll be able to tell my children all about.” LG is wearing custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture by Daniel Roseberry, styled by @sandraamador.xx and @tomeerebout, makeup by @sarahtannomakeup using @hauslabs, hair by @fredericaspiras. December 31, 20213 yr Apart from the whole House of Gucci the movie, the inauguration is my fave Gaga moment this year. She just nailed the whole thing and blossomed through the ceremony
December 31, 20213 yr Author It was a breath-taking moment. The outfit, the vocals, her grace and beauty - brought tears to my eyes :snif:
January 2, 20223 yr Author MARCH - Gaga wins Grammy award for her collaboration with Ariana Grande View this post on Instagram In March, Lady Gaga added another GRAMMY to her collection for her smash hit “Rain On Me” with Ariana Grande. “Eternally, deeply grateful for you, for this experience, to have been a part of this song and this celebration of healing and recovery, to be able to dance in the rain with you, to call you my dear friend and to now share this.” Ari said in a tweet to Gaga. “Beyond thankful. Congratulations, Queen!” AoAm4om0wTs
January 2, 20223 yr Author Iconic win tbh. The response from ~their~ fans was disgusting but the better song won so justice and karma was served. :coffee:
January 2, 20223 yr Author  They tried to ruin the excitement and pride we had for the win and they failed! We will forget their comments and continue to celebrate!
January 2, 20223 yr Shame Gaga was filming HoG and they couldn't perform. She'll attend this year I'm sure, at least to respect Tony if for nothing else.
January 3, 20223 yr The fact that Gaga and Tony are going to win a Grammy over them again this year just makes it all the better. BTS and their lunatic fans are a virus that should never have escaped Korea.
January 3, 20223 yr Author JUNE - Gaga releases a special 10th Year Anniversary edition of her seminal album, Born This Way View this post on Instagram To celebrate the ten year anniversary of the most important album of her career, Lady Gaga released Born This Way Reimagined featuring covers of select songs by LGBTQ artists and allies: Kylie Minogue, Big Freedia, The Highwomen, Ben Platt, Olly Alexander, and Orville Peck. “Born This Way, my song and album, were inspired by Carl Bean, a gay black religious activist who preached, sung and wrote about being 'Born This Way,'" Gaga wrote. “Notably his early work was in 1975, 11 years before I was born,” she added. “Thank you for decades of relentless love, bravery, and a reason to sing. So we can all feel joy, because we deserve joy. Because we deserve the right to inspire tolerance, acceptance, and freedom for all.” West Hollywood mayor Lindsey P. Horvath declared May 23rd “Born This Way Day” and honored Gaga with the key to the city. “Thank you for encouraging us to love ourselves and be proud,” Horvath told Gaga. A street painting of the album’s title as a pride flag was also revealed on Robertson Boulevard, tributing both the album and the LGBTQ community. Gaga told her fans that they’ve been “the motherf***ing key” to her heart. “I’ll honour this, I’ll cherish this and I promise that I’ll always be here for this day,” she said. RhXFe4cscnk
January 3, 20223 yr Author I loved the idea of this but looking back it would've been great to have all of the tracks reimagined. Still, the vinyl is stunning and some of the reiminagined tracks are great (Kylie's and Years & Years!). Not perfect, but a nice nod to an era that defined a generation!
January 4, 20223 yr It was a nice little project which allowed her, and us too, to reminisce that vital album. It also boosted BTW a lot on streaming and pretty much made it a #1 Pride song. Also her look at the event was gorgeous
