In it for love isnt bad but again i agree the b sides didnt progress at all like the singles did, as i see it used as the cover in the video, the ,5,6,7,8 collection is well worth buying it has loads to offer and it often sells very cheap.

Track 7: Just Like The First Time

I heard/saw this on the Next Step live video and… I totally forgot if its existence.

I wonder why it took them so long to record it / release it in studio form.

In it sounds very 90’s with splash of Britney. And I enjoy Claire’s vocals!

Not bad, 7+/10!

There are some parts of the song i think Claire over sings it.

Claire and over singing do go hand in hand though…

Not all the time to be fair to her but i see what you mean aswell

I love this one! Played this to death when I got the single (luckily some people send me the singles from the UK). Sounds like an upgraded Last thing.

Track 8: Stop Me from Loving You

The first time I note some progression in their b-sides. I don’t like it. The high notes in the chorus are very off putting.

Just like the first time for me always sounded like a eurovision entry, and i mean that as a compliment.

Much better nowadays I have to say. Only Kiss Of Life springs to mind off the latest album.

Indeed!

Where are you from perfect?

Stop me from loving you, is catchy but most of the vocals are pitched too high in the chorus, H sounds good on his parts.

And finally, Track 9: Bittersweet

I think on first impression I prefer this to Words Are Not Enough…

Is that Lisa I hear? Yaaaas kween.

Giving me YBS vibes. I enjoy the dance vibe with the dramatic piano driven background. Too much? Maybe. Do I enjoy it? Yes!

I haven’t forgot about some of the Gold album tracks, as well as IKHSW, Dancing Queen etc. They’re due in a bonus listening party coming soon!

The Netherlands. At one point they stopped releasing here so very happy I could get their stuff that way ^_^

Bittersweet also reminds me of something. Nice vocals, especially Lisa sounds better! Other then that the song is okish.
