I LOVE Ring The Alarm, but I think it would've flopped. It got lost around Christmas time and I think it only ever got on the iTunes 100 once at about 90 whereas Listen has flown up there.

RIA is good, but imo Listen is way better, vocally her best song

I hate this duet shakira is killing her career :( why she didn't release Pure intuition or Animal city right after she finished her latin american tour ???? :cry:

this whole era has been a mess imo, nothings been timed right or promoted well enough apart from HDL, and even then sony didnt milk it even more by releasing a follow up track sooner, they couldnt even sort out the ticket dates correctly :lol:

The re release of B'Day is scheduled for April. Beyoncé is doing a duet with Alejandro Fernandez as well and all the reports about it have stated that it's scheduled for April. That means that Shakira will prolly do the video when she's finished her tour.

Beyonce has competlly ripped this from La Tortura

It is just a cocktail of different Shakira songs:

Trumpet Intro = Hips Don't Lie

 

I don't mind it, but I just hope they change the production of it big style because at the moment it's so cheap. The trumpet bit at the start sounds like it was recorded from a casio keyboard.

I KNEW they would record the vid.. coz they were both in europe a few weeks back.. the video looks set to be fantastic.. i really can't wait for it. I might buy that version of beyonce's album coz i like the cover.. the other cover was bad.

The video was shot today apparently :o It makes sense, they were both together after the Grammys.
