According to one site ( http://www.videostatic.com/ ), the video has been shot and Jake Nava was the director. He directed Crazy In Love, Baby Boy and Cater 2 U to name a few.

Shakira does sound especially goaty on here - but I like it. I just know though, that when this comes out, a lot of people are gonna say "I would like this but Shakira ruins it". And I bet it'll be Christina fans that are saying it :lol:

Hollah that! Freakin' re-release didn't have anything. They were stupid. Not even on the second time re-releasing...

The thing is, Shakira re released to save her album. It was a flop. They put out the re release really sneakily to try and act like this was it's first release.

 

Beyoncé is just doing this re release to make more money. Her album is selling fine. This is gonna be a promoted as a re release, so they've gotta make it worth it.

 

I admit though, they could've done something really good for the Fixations Deluxe Package. We should've had some un released songs and more than just the videos - maybe a making of OF2 or something. That package totally wasn't worth it unless you didn't have either album. The only reason I bought it was for 5 Star and I sorta regret buying it now.

The delux package was a waste of £18, nothing new, didnt dent the chart, didnt appeal to anyone. The only redeeming quality was the DB remix and the 5-star dvd

Christina fans dislike Shakira because they're still bitter about HDL beating ANOM :lol: . Christina fans also hate Beyoncé, because she's the same type of over the top singer, she came-back about the same time last year, and is having more success than Christina. So Beautiful Liar is gonna be their dream come true :lol:

Yes, that shakira backlash on here really annoyed me, Hips don't lie beat ain't no other man for a reason.... it was annoying when all fo the xtina fans came in here and slagged shakira off :lol:! and when they were trying to say shakira's latin sales don't count because it isn't the uk or america :lol: .. well yes i am very happy about shakira and beyonce working together.. i like shakira's goatyness but it doensn't appeal to non shakira fans so that might not help the song.. people may also call shakira the weaker link of the song.. so everyone expect that!

I'm pretty sure she won't be the weaker link of the video :lol:

BTW shakira's voice isn't the type of voice that leaves you deaf and annoyed -_- she has a nice range, she can sing her heart :heart: out while rocking or can go soft and low with her amazing well written ballads :wub:
