There's a list of million sellers to date just below the list of 'millionaires' (in combined sales) in the Sales Vault - according to that, SLY is third, ahead of Uptown Funk, then Blurred Lines.

 

In terms of combined sales, Bohemian Rhapsody has already passed 2 million in each of the 20th and 21st centuries. Do They Know It's Christmas? should follow within the next couple of years. The other two songs which sold at least 2 million by 2000 may well never get there this century.

Though the Blurred Lines figure is apparently at 2017 and the other two are much more recent plus they’re all really close, so who knows.
