Posted March 9, 20223 yr Now the season is over I can unleash this! Obviously this season had many many problems, the biggest perhaps being the fact that frontrunners or bigger/better queens got cut for underwhelming ones. So I have tried to "fix" the season, the biggest change I've made is made it a "normal" lipsync for your life format. This is just my opinion, it's not necessarily going to be fair or balanced, just what I think would have made a more enjoyable season for me.
March 9, 20223 yr Author EPISODE 1: Talent Show WIN Pangina Heals High Jimbo, Blu Hydrangea Low Jujubee Bottom 2: Baga Chipz, Janey Jacké Baga eliminated I think Pangina wins on balance, whilst Jimbo's talent show was totally unique, I do love Pangina just coming in and introducing herself perfectly like that and kicking her journey off with a win. Blu keeps her high, Juju finds herself in the bottom and is told to step it up immediately, the queens would be warned that no name is bigger than the show. Baga going home first wouldn't affect the season too much, nobody would have been screaming robbery and it wouldn't affect any storylines etc., we jut lose nothing by what would have been a pretty fair first elimination. Janey would kill the lipsync out of the gate and show she can still be a threat despite not doing well at the first challenge, so she still gets a decent introduction.
March 9, 20223 yr Author EPISODE 2: RuPaul Ball WIN Jimbo High Pangina Heals, Mo Heart Low Lemon Bottom 2: Cheryl Hole, Jujubee Cheryl eliminated Jimbo narrowly lost the first challenge, but she would nab this one over Pangina due to her constructed look reading as more RuPaul, and Mo deserved the top fo that butch look alone!! Lemon's two looks she showed for the challenge looked good but I do think she would falter at the design aspect, but I can't see that she would do worse than Cheryl, plus Juju didn't heed the judges' warnings on her very basic looks despite an ok design look. Cheryl still going here doesn't change, Juju would perhaps potentially have a lipsync assassin edit which would have been better than her doing nothing most of the season.
March 10, 20223 yr Author EPISODE 3: Rusical WIN Janey Jacké High Pangina Heals, Lemon Low Jujubee Bottom 2: Jimbo, Mo Heart Jimbo eliminated Spreading out the wins a bit creates a tight race, and I think that Janey deserves this one as she got a part that was harder to kill the way she did I feel. Jimbo vs Mo, while Mo would of course murder, would be a satisfying ending to their rivalry (which we know happened but we didn't actually see on screen). I am assuming Lemon gets Baga's role which I feasibly think she *could* be in the top for, wishful thinking maybe that she would kick off a strong latter part of the season, but I don't think Blu was so amazing that Lemon couldn't challenge had she done this Rusical, she was strong at acting and comedy, not a bad performer/lipsyncer, so I don't see why not. This means her and Blu would both have a close but no cigar moment, and both would have a fire lit to win Snatch Game next episode.
