What happens to songs bought or downloaded on sunday's? Are they added to sales for the week coming? Surely that gives an unfair advantage to songs already in the chart against songs coming out on the monday, or has it always been like this?

They are added to the week coming, always been like that.

I still havn't got the track! After paying £1.50, how annoying!

Its just one big con to me.

I bet it's because there 7digital server was overloaded. Not sure how you sort it out. Good luck.

i wouldnt waste my money on this downloading using mobiles. you cant trust it. and whats the rush anyway its not like you cant wait and download it tomorrow on i tunes, or buy the physical on wednesday.
****IN RIP OFF. Kelly Clarkson's was better
Im so happy Leona won too, i was scared ray wud steal it but i always knew shed pull threw. amazing performance of that single too, i shall be buyin x
But i hav to say Ray sang it c**p, Leona did wiked but Kelly Clarkson sang it 100times better than both of them.lol

The song is (still) not available to download from I-Tunes.

While on the BBC Five-Live News headlines they announced that the single is the fastest ever download single having sold over 50,000 copies in 20 minutes and is projected to sell 200,000 to 250,000 copies by the end of today.

The X-Factor is so depressing. It's cringing to watch.

Do we really need a souless, dated, unoriginal, cliched singer in the music industry? It's not fair on the singer as she is givven all this false hope of a career and will probably last in the region of 6 months before the novelty wares off and we start again with 2007's glorified kareoke contest!

lol already 6 pages for this... I downloaded the song to have a listen to the phenomenen... and it's quite boring, I shoulda saved my money. Great voice, but it doesn't make an artist.

I'm guessing Leona's version will create quite a bit of interest in Kelly Clarkson's original version, so when the chart rules change in January is it likely that her version will chart too? :o Because that would be good but quite odd tbh

Is there any movement for Kelly's version in the charts? Assuming it is available to download as a single track.

I don't like the song much, but it is definitely suited to her style, so good luck to her. Her version is definitely better than the one in the advert!

Entering the chart a day after release, was something I was wondering about with the X Factor 3 winning song, months ago.

just to let you know that the tracklisting for the physical release is

1.A Moment Like This

2.Summertime

3.Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word

( i duno if the 2 other tracks will be live or recorded but i reckon they will be the live ones)
