ITWYMMF :heart: a true Steps classic! Great video as well, if only for Lisa with her iconic blue braces. Could’ve been a nice hit outside the UK.

 

DSOB, my favorite of all time! Great to see it here at #2. A more ‘grown’ sound that really suits them well.

 

And OFS, another classic! It’s the song that made me an official fan :heart:

Haven’t commented much but a fantastic chart, LOVE your number 1, an absolute classic!

Its probably a very popular top 3 among many fans, but It's The Way You Make Me Feel, Deeper Shade Of Blue and One For Sorrow wouldn't be anywhere near my own top 3 or top 10, from those 3 deeper shade of blue is by far my fave but overall it was a great selection of songs and i really enjoyed the countdown and thanks for sharing it and putting in all the work on the thread aswell.

1,557 days after starting my first Top 25 Steps Songs countdown I am back to do my 2nd edition.

• 5 songs from my 2022 edition are out

• Which means 5 songs that didn't feature are now in

• At least 1 song has exited my top 10

• I have left my top 25 to be exclusively Steps songs. I did contemplate including one or two of the non Steps songs (Claire, Lisa, H & Claire, Faye) but decided against it this time. Though that or two would feature, with one in the top 20.

For something In Your Eyes, I think it's just that I've been drawn back a lot more to their earlier stuff this past year or two.

In fact in general I've been listening to a lot of music from the mid 90's to mid 00's a lot of late.
