I'd be surprised if they made any impact at all on streaming. I guess we'll see though.

(also it's only #31 even on iTunes)

The melody is good, they sound good, it's catchy, the natural chemistry between them in the video is easy to see. My only gripe is the production is a little 'five years ago', but overall it's a solid comeback single.

Have heard the single a couple of times on Hits Radio this week. The parts of the verses sung by Simon remind me of September Song by JP Cooper.

Just come across and been watching this interview Lee and Simon did for a podcast recently. Quite insightful actually:

This new song deserves more is radio 2 playing it?
Nice interview, particularly loved the bit where Anthony called Duncan an idiot for worrying about the boys reactions to him coming out. That’s what it should be at the end of the day, hopefully one day we will get there. Also shows they are actually good friends.

Second single is indeed "Dance With Me". Comes out Wednesday this week:

They've also just been confirmed today as the headline act for the switch on of the Blackpool Illuminations on 2nd September which will be broadcast on MTV:

"Haven't Found You Yet" was also played on Love Island the other night.

Not sure this cover is a good idea ! Will wait to i hear it in full!
Dance with Me did nothing in the UK and is a good track, so I don't see it as a bad cover. Maybe about 20 years too late to try and pull this, then again, there seems to be a slight early 00s nostalgia...

'Dance with Me' is out now!

I'm surprised at how relatively low the stream count is for 'Too Close' considering that it's one of their UK #1s! Conversely I wouldn't have thought that 'U Make Me Wanna' would have as many streams as it has (I really like that song, it just didn't seem like one of their biggest hits at the time).

Back in 2002, 'Best in Me' felt like a missed opportunity to be a proper single. It had heavy rotation on music channels so I'm not sure why they passed on releasing it! Interesting that it's held up well in the streaming era. I wonder what playlist(s) it's on to have generated such a high stream count?

Oooh this is good Jay. I was posting on their fan group yesterday on Facebook about "Bubblin'" turning 18 and I couldn't find any set sales info anywhere! Thanks 👍

I think "Best In Me" as I recall was only released in Asian territories as the fifth single off the first album. I've been reading old Music Weeks from 2002 and I think because the All Rise album was still selling healthily after "Fly By II" came out (in fact it was after that single came out that it went to number one here) Innocent didn't think a fifth single was worth it, but they made the video an exclusive for the Emap music channels so their fans back home didn't miss out.

I agree though that or "Long Time" that they performed on TV a lot were such missed opportunities for singles. Have to say I'm curious to this day why "U Make Me Wanna" was a single from One Love when "Riders" was literally right there and had been performed on the BRIT Awards etc. They certainly didn't milk that album for singles.

They have filmed a one-shot alternative music video for 'Haven't Found You Yet":

There's also an official visualizer for 'Dance with Me':
