That sounds serious !! Scary place to be operated and at that age it's not very common.

 

I can imagine you're taking good care of your health now . Alcohol isn't good for anyone I suppose but in your

case it's better not to drink at all.

 

So are there many things you can't do now ( like active sports ) or don't you have any restrictions.

 

It was serious at the time. All clear now apart from a regular check up every two years.

 

I can walk, swim and cycle but nothing else. I mainly walk even though I have access to a car and got soaked the other day.
