I think the vote will become more split as the general public become increasingly disillusioned with the two main parties resulting in a hung Parliament. The Tories only got a large majority last time due to Brexit.

I helped vote out a Tory for the first time in my life. Yay.

 

(Sort of - Reading Borough Council had all of its seats up for election for some reason instead of the usual 1/3 this year, my ward previously had 2 Lib Dems and a Tory and we now have 3 Lib Dems, who I made sure to remember to vote for this time, I voted Labour at the last local elections as I didn't bother to actually look up who the competition for the Tories was here. The incumbent Tory councillor wasn't seeking re-election.)
