Next up number 19 and i have to say this moved up on my reveal alot in the last few weeks due to others having it in their countdown, that chorus is just one huge ear worm,

Happy to see this one in here! It really growed on me and I love it now  Shame there wasn’t an official video though I do enjoy watching them having fun in the lyric video.

Ya it deserved a video but i see why it didnt, its a real grower but as i said the chorus inparticular is just great. i will be revealing one more song for today and that it will it.

If they removed the lyrics and just sang while playing in the arcade it would have been a great video!

Next up number 18th is story of a heart, now this one took time for me, i know initially many fans had it picked as great but when i first heard it i left a bit underwhelmed but over time it really really grew on me and i love it now. I love the 7th Heaven Radio Mix.

I actually enjoy the remix slightly more then the original! Was a contender for my countdown but just missed it by an inch!

Interesting list this far!

I think that remix really gives the song a more upbeat feel that it was slightly missing on the album edit.

I agree ^_^

Tomorrow i will reveal my number 17, i will leave it open for guesses, its a fairly popular song here on the forum, its a single from Steps from back in their hey day and was surprise surprise a UK Top 5 hit, which they had 13 of, well 14 if you count thank abba for the music.

Great start to the countdown FTF!

Better the devil you know Solid start to the countdown, I do enjoy this from time to time.

Glitter and gold One of the best album tracks on TOTDF.

Happy One of the best album tracks on TOTDF.

Summer of love First shock of the countdown, this has grown on me a lot over the last few years.

Something in your eyes Back to back shocks with this dropping out so early.

Movin On This was my favourite when I got the album in 1999.

To the beat of my heart I forget how much I like this sometimes, it's such a natural fit for them.

Great to see another movin on fan, I knew the song when I bought the album so I was excited to hear their version and it didnt disappoint.

Better Best Forgotten?

Nope....not long to wait but thank you for the guesses.

Better the Devil You Know, Kylie's version will forever remain the best version available of the song

Glitter and Gold, popular with most of us on the forum.

Happy, another popular album track with Steps fans and what's there not to like.

Summer of Love, certainly the Steps single that should have become a much bigger hit than it was.

Something In You Eyes another good choice and an immensely popular song from Steps newer catalogue.

Movin On, I didn't expect this to be so high but it's very early Steps through and through. Bananarama's version is superior showing that often a good song can fail if not released by a current artist.

We see lots of evidence of this with singles from Steps, excellent quality but get overlooked.

To The Best of My Heart, Steps deliver the goods yet again with another wonderful single that again was deserving of greater success.

Next up is Number 17, A Deeper shade of Blue, another UK Top 5 for them that i did think would be at least Top 3, in Ireland this surprisingly underperformed and only made Number 24 which i was very disappointed with. Sometimes i wonder why Tina Cousins never fully released her version which was available first as its not hugely different although Steps really upped the anti with it and its a much superior version. Deeper shade of blue still sounds great today and i think they always do it justice live.
