It means that it was the second song that reached the most audience (people) yesterday on US radio. Z100 played it 3 times and KIIS played it 2 times yesterday (the two biggest radio stations in the US).

Why would it be top 200 tomorrow when today will be less exposure than yday? :unsure:

The video release didn't affect at all yesterday + some of the new (album) tracks will be gone soon. If it doesn't do it tomorrow it'll do it at some point I'm sure - UK has supported her so much in general that can't really see them being pretty much the only country to not have it in top 200.
