Has she checked her junk box in her email account? Or perhaps she deleted it by mistake?

 

To my knowledge there are no problems with our email system, but i'll look into it anyway. ;)

All accounts have been validated, ask her to see if she has access now.

This member was approved a long time ago. They can just login.
