Hollywood.com are reporting that Madonna is due to direct the Maverick Films production of Blade to the Heat - a boxing story loosely based on the 1959 bout between Emile Griffith and Benny 'Kid' Paret.

 

Madonna has stated she would like to direct - maybe this film will be her debut? or her first project for the new year 2007

Yeah nice n' cool for us fans but do u honestly think the critics would have given her the thumbs up? They would have slated her to the max..anything film related and Madonna gets buried six feet under! I'm glad this was just a rumour, Madonna's had enough drama as it is lately!
