July 14, 20222 yr Her label has nothing to do with her team, they are her employees, not the label's. The label's only duties are to record, release and promote her stuff.
July 14, 20222 yr But the label chooses singles, has a massive say in her tours, etc. Surely they can force managers or choreographers onto her team too? Millions are in play! Labels even force producers onto acts, ans you end up with overproduced messes, like all of Coldplay from 4th album on.
July 14, 20222 yr The label only recommends producers and artists that their artists can collaborate with, i.e. the production part of the thing, but Gaga's team is hired by her and has nothing to do with her label, that's why you doesn't find any of her staff on the Interscope employee list.

July 18, 20222 yr tbh if several long-term dancers of Gaga's are leaving - i know it's a difficult situation with such a big project - but surely Gaga needs to have a better duty of care to her employees - at the end of the day this choreographer works for her and if hes treating people like shit - she needs to step in.
July 18, 20222 yr I would love it if she revamped her entire team after this tour, firing everyone including her makeup artist and her bad manager. She should keep her hair stylist though, he's the only one good at what he does on her team.
