Lecce have indicated to Manchester United that their preference is not to sell Patrick Dorgu in this window but expect their resolve to be tested by a strong offer.

A meeting on Tuesday in Milan with the player’s agents, club officials and United’s director of football negotiations Matt Hargreaves saw the Premier League side discuss an opening figure of £25.4m + £4.2m (€30m + €5m) for the defender.

  • He's been on par with Chelsea's Robert Sanchez this season who is also shockingly mistake-prone for a 'top' team. At least they've had the foresight to kick him out of the team (even though the backup

far too early to say you're back but that's two consecutive solid performances. Dorgu, Zirkzee and Hojlund all showing signs of promise + Heaven looking very exciting. Bruno exceptional again today (w

Strong rumours that Chelsea are buying Garnacho. Would be a very risky decision by Man Utd if they allow that

United playing Rangers tonight - the only game in football where I’d actually support the Red Devils!

Well that and if they played Linfield, 2 horrible clubs!

100% win rate when steve201 is supporting this season

Thankfully the perfect result, a lucky injury time win for United and the ticket touts out in force in the home end 🤣 and the Rangers fans showing themselves for what they are a bunch of racist bigots - win win really 🤣
These owners are horrible - close to PSR rules so they're saying they're going to raise ticket prices and slash jobs. More like the idiotic spending on wages and transfer fees is how they're in such a mess. I'm absolutely not shocked at all they've not managed to shift Rashford at all either. It's why they will end up selling a Garnacho/Mainoo.

It’s a terribly run club. They need someone willing to clear the debt. That would solve a lot of problems with all this penny pinching going on and the lack of champions league money

Somehow won today incredibly bad game but that’s a few wins in a row at least. Hoijund has now failed to score in 36 of his 48 prem games. Sooner they get a real striker the better. 38 yr old Vardy is more useful than him

I don't think it matters who you have up front, the team is impotent against any team that doesn't open up space and want to domiante games. That game was a 0-0 banker unless there was a fluke from either team or a mistake. United just don't create any chances in this set up.

Patrick Dorgu is due to fly into Manchester on Thursday after Manchester United agreed a deal worth just under £30m to sign the Lecce left-back.

United are tying up all the paperwork and the player is waiting for the final green light to fly to the northwest for a medical and to complete the move.

The fee agreed is understood to be £25.2m plus £4.2m in add-ons.

Never heard of him but hopefully he’s good. Antony joined Betis on loan too
Would never ever have called us winning 5 EL games in a row after thoe diabolical first 3 matches so fair play to the lads for that, gotta give credit on the rare occasions it's due!
Yeah winning can be infectious hopefully it’s the beginning of something better. Away from home Man Utd look pretty solid just need to improve at home and how to dominate. Mainoo has been struggling in his system but he played him further forward and it worked out pretty well
Villa are clearly hoping he does a Jesse Lingard at West Ham but I highly doubt that'll happen. I'm surprised Emery gave this move the green light, he's not usually one who tolerates lazy half-assed mercenaries in his teams.
Amorim ball beginning to get impossible to watch. I blame Ten Haag entirely but you gotta be putting out a better team than this surely. Most of them are internationals. Nobody knew what they were doing. That Qatari guy needs to come back with a bid

The problem is Amorim. Good luck Utd fans

5 home defeats already for Amorim, that's one more than Mourinho and only one fewer than Ole across their whole tenures. He's on course for a premier league legacy alongside Frank De Boer

He's averaging 1.08 points in the Premier League. Palace were in the relegation zone when he took over  Think you can give him the money to get players for his system, but you're just back to square one if it doesn't work out.

Don't trust him or the board to sign a single good player. Even if you waved a magic wand right now and gave him an entire team of his choice I don't trust his tactics or expertise to work in England. Very easy to statpad in a farmers league but hey trust the process right!
