Rehearsals are rumoured to start at the end of this year and it is heavily rumoured that there will be music in the film, most likely curated by Gaga. With a soundtrack album 2 years away therefore, do you think we will get a new solo studio album from Gaga before then? August 22, 20222 yr She's been traveling on a studio bus since the North American leg started, so she will definitely drop a new album next year as she's never gone more than 3 years without releasing a studio album, it's (thankfully) a clause in the her record deal.

Given she was working on ASIB, Chromatica and Love for Sale back in what 2018? and then released them sporadically, I think she probably has something being made ready to release next year! As Adelita said she's had a few days between each of the Ball dates and we know she loves to write on the road!
August 23, 20222 yr I’m kinda torn on what I want. If she does release an album next year it would be amazing, but with the filming for the movie happening and other projects she has what will there be in terms of promotion? I want more promotional material for her next era than what Chromatica got. I am hungry for material though but I want a real era next time she releases. I feel like the direction for her next studio album will lean more towards rock / a darker kind of image but I don’t quite know when I see it happening. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a longer break to what we’ve had before (hopefully it is next year and there is promotion etc but I wonder if it could be 2024.. how long will Joker take to film / and how far in advance will it be finished before the movies release. I feel next year we may see something come but it could be more along the lines of ARTPOP turning 10. An album re release with a second disc of unheard as of yet material what won’t necessarily generate a tour or multiple videos / performances but enough to please us fans with something and then get Joker out the way and drop LG7 off the back of that maybes? Or maybe we may get a studio album next year *some* promo during the release campaign and then a tour in 2025 for said album. I don’t know true this is but wasn’t Chromatica supposed to have this amazing rollout plan what was labelled one of the best ever and it said to last 18 months… hopefully they use that for LG7 or at least try to adapt that. August 27, 20222 yr I'd be hear for a Gaga song from the Joker movie. I can imagine it being quite dark.
August 27, 20222 yr There is still over 2 YEARS until the Joker premiere. I'm fairly sure she'll release something before that.
