October 7, 20224 yr Here for Sim to hold fort at #1 which they should do now looking at the gap on Wednesdays Mids update. Not a major fan of the newer songs that are destined to enter today that I've heard but I do like the Jax song so it'd be good to see that finally top 40 and the 'Messy In Heaven' is also not bad either.

October 7, 20224 yr Author  Missed the top 40 this week? Paramore This Is Why 1st single from This Is Why Released: 28th September 2022 Label: Atlantic Recording Group Video xIYJ7VaSxYY Biography “Every time we do a record, I get so married to who we are in that moment that I’m scared for us to go be something else,” Hayley Williams admitted to Apple Music in 2017. “Because what if we’re not as good at that?” Her tenure as frontwoman for Paramore has given her plenty of opportunities to conquer that fear. Even from their 2004 inception in the suburbs of Nashville, Paramore’s identity was constantly in flux. Initially signed as a solo artist to Atlantic Records—which had designs on turning her into the next Kelly Clarkson—Williams insisted on including her high-school pals in her pursuits, forming a band that reflected the harder alt-rock sounds she was more naturally drawn to. Atlantic acquiesced by grooming Paramore on their indie-leaning subsidiary Fueled by Ramen, where the group debuted with 2005’s All We Know Is Falling. On their early records, Paramore updated the candy-coated angst of Avril Lavigne with the urgent emo-schooled dynamics of Jimmy Eat World, but recurring personnel changes would reformulate the band’s chemistry on an album-by-album basis. Alongside peers like Fall Out Boy and Panic! At the Disco, Paramore gradually pushed pop-punk out of the mosh pit and past the velvet rope. And as the band crossed over via acoustic coffeehouse ballads (2009’s “The Only Exception”) and breezy, gospel-infused funk (the Grammy-winning 2013 single “Ain’t It Fun”), Williams seized the mantle of the Warped Tour generation’s foremost feminist voice, even disavowing their first Top 40 hit, the 2008 love-triangle rager “Misery Business,” for lyrics that painted the other woman in a nasty light. After a four-year hiatus, Paramore reinvented themselves as a tropical-disco troupe for 2017’s After Laughter, a Top 10-crashing comeback that once again proved Williams’ aforementioned fears to be wholly unfounded. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2007 17 Misery Business -1- 2007 61 Crushcrushcrush -2- 2008 55 That's What You Get -3- 2008 52 Decode -OST- 2009 14 Ignorance -1- 2009 85 Brick By Boring Brick -2- 2010 31 The Only Exception -3- 2011 21 Monster -OST- 2013 39 Now -1- 2013 15 Still Into You -2- 2017 34 Hard Times -1- 2022 __ This Is Why -1- 0 x #1 | 0 x Top 5 | 0 x Top 10 | 3 x Top 20 | 7 x Top 40 | 11 x Top 100 Social Media Paramore http://i.imgur.com/1SERq1f.png

October 7, 20224 yr Author 40 | 23 | 2nd week D-Block Europe 4 The Win 5th single from Lap 5 Released: 23rd September 2022 Label: D-Block Europe Chart Statistics NE (06/10/2022) | 23-40 Sales: 10k+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 00 Sales 35 Audio Streaming 16 Video Streaming Video jNmL0cTDMQ0 Biography “We’re the ones that are pushing this boundary,” D-Block Europe’s Young Adz told Apple Music. “People who are signing urban music over here—they call it urban, we call it pop in the streets—that ain’t street music. We’re doing street, UK, wavy music, front-lining it.” They might not consider themselves pop, but by the most literal definition, DBE are just that. Chart positions, sold-out arenas and a nomination for the 2020 BRIT Award for British Group (before they’d even released a debut album) all make them one of UK rap’s most popular acts. D-Block Europe was originally a collective that called upon various London MCs, but Adz and childhood friend Dirtbike LB have emerged as both the engine room and executive board of the operation. They met at Sedgehill School in South London, where Adz was dropping mixtapes from the age of 13. He signed an ultimately fruitless major-label deal at 15 before coming under the patronage of NY rap heavyweight Jadakiss, who offered features, support slots and license to use The LOX’s D-Block Records name. With a series of self-released singles and mixtapes, Young Adz and Dirtbike LB took their place at UK rap’s top table during the late 2010s. Leavening trap’s chilly textures and portraits of road life with sticky Auto-Tuned hooks, their music is notable for its nimble wordplay and candour. While D-Block quickly gathered notoriety for their unfiltered bedroom braggadocio (“Kitchen Kings”), their willingness to open up about mental health and therapy (“Prescription Drugs”) has made them a standout presence in UK rap. It’s all been done independently by the industrious duo (63 new tracks released across three mixtapes during 2019 alone). They’ve continuously waved away offers from labels, confident that no one can guide their career as well as they can. Every award, Top 5 release or filled arena only strengthens their self-belief. “When you see Messi kick ball, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing,” said Young Adz. “Sometimes, the people have to choose you because they’re like, ‘We ain’t never going to see this again—from their sounds, from what they talk about.’ Our personalities shine through our music. We’re bigger personalities than rappers.” - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2018 49 Gucci Mane (D-Block Europe & Yxng Bane) -1- 2018 35 Nassty (D-Block Europe, Young Adz, Dirtbike LB & Lil Pino) -NAS- 2018 80 Tell The Truth (The Plug presents D-Block Europe & Rich The Kid) 2019 16 Kitchen Kings -1- 2019 62 Kettle Pouring -AT- 2019 70 Running Man -AT- 2019 20 Home P*ssy -1- 2019 53 Rich (The Plug presents D-Block Europe & Offset) 2019 16 Nookie (feat.
