'Duck' was a fantastic album, one of their best IMO, so I'm really looking forward to new stuff from them!

Here it is! Very pop, even for their recent standards. It seems decent on first listen but hopefully it’ll grow on me more!

Haven’t cared for Kaiser Chiefs in 15 years but this is a bop!

There's some great stuff on their last couple of albums. Namely 'Record Collection', 'Hole in My Soul' and 'Parachute' for me!

Must check the last album out in anticipation for the new material, I heard a few on here saying it was good!

Yeah, 'Duck' is probably my favourite indie-pop album of recent times tbh, almost every song is a banger (IMO anyway). Not quite feeling this new one yet but give it time.

Ouch, this seems to have had quite a poor reception from fans - understandably so but I do quite like it.

It’s strange how neither this nor the previous single have had videos though. I notice that they’re now self-releasing so perhaps it’s that.

Over a year on since the lead single... a new album has finally been announced! The interestingly titled "Kaiser Chiefs' Easy Eighth Album" is out on March 1st, and new single 'Feeling Alright' (co-written with Nile Rodgers) is out today.

Not sure how I feel about a couple of those song titles...

1. Feeling Alright

2. Beautiful Girl

3. How 2 Dance

4. The Job Centre Shuffle

5. Burning in Flames

6. Reasons to Stay Alive

7. Sentimental Love Songs

8. Jealousy

9. Noel Groove

10. The Lads

I loved Duck but I'm not really feeling any of the new songs, although 'How 2 Dance' was alright. Colour me unexcited for now.
